New Baubles!

I managed to round up some more green garnets that I could fit a tiny little headpin in...they drill the holes so small that you can't really use everyone that comes on a string.
But I need to find more because the green garnet and lab rings go like hotcakes, I just listed this one last night and it was gone before midnight!
"Gemstone Garden" Sold
"Jade Jewels"

"Turquoise and Tulip"

This ring is one of my favorites, the colors in person really pop against the other, and I think the tulip stone bead may look bigger in the pictures than it really is.

"Rings around the wrist" Sold

Have a great weekend!

4 nice things happened today!

"Rings of Olive Oil"

"Turquoise Rock Garden"

~~~
I had a 4 nice things happen today.
This morning I checked my email real quick before I left for work ( yea right, it was about the 3rd time) and I saw that someone from Australia bought a pair of my earrings!
I have this urge to send more than just earrings, seems like such a long way to go for just a pair of earrings!
But of course I have to resist and just send what was ordered. I think its so cool that something I made is going across the world and will be on someones ears !
Then I got an email for a custom pmc necklace which I am so excited to do! I'll post a pic when its finished.
Tonight I got another awesome feedback from a fabulous jewelry junkie! :)
And finally the sweetest email from another fab gal after she received her package from me today!
You guys know who you are and I just want you to know you made my day and you just make me want to create more and more! So look out!
And tomorrow is Thursday..off from my "day job" and hopefully having a productive jewerly day!
What you have to have!
"Turquoise Swirls" sold!
"Iced Coffee" sold!
I finally had a chance to make a few new designs. It felt good to have the time and freedom to so that. I have had alot of other things I had to get done and my time that I spend designing is like therapy to me, and I have to have it!
It's even better when something you make with your own hands catches the eye of someone else and they have to have it!
It inspires my creativity to try and make more unique, more unsual and more eyecatching trinkets for someone to "have to have"!
Thanks to the world of ETSY it s possible to reach those people everywhere, I can't believe that something I made is in other parts of the country and also now across the world!
Thanks to the jewelry lovers everywhere!
Wedding Jewelry
Just a quick post to show you what I have been working on!
My first wedding !
7 bridesmaids necklaces and the brides "over the top" earrings!
Whew are my fingers sore from all the wirewrapping!
I'm going to make 2 more of these necklaces in silver to sell.
Everyone who has seen them in my salon has really liked them. I can make on in antique gold/gold like these but I think silver is more in demand, but if you would happen to like it in gold just let me know!
Green Garnet and Labordorite Ring~Team Bracelets
These are the last of my Green Garnets that a 24 gauge wire will fit through...the remaining few, I will have to do something with beadalon wire.
Oh well, I just love this color combination, soft muted colors that really play off of one another when paired together!
Sold!
My next big project is going to be team bracelets for football. Including Buckeye Bracelets!
My goal is to bring a chic style to sports!
If you have any suggestions please comment before I order my supplies.
The lettering I'm going to have is:
LV
Panthers
NC
Bulldogs
Wildcats
Blue Aces
Johnnies
Vikings
Redskins
Lancers
Go Bucks
Yes I have 2 Valley styles, sorry I'm a little biased!
I'm making the cutest clay buckeyes and footballs to dangle from them.
I'm trying to gauge the what schools will be in demand, drop me a comment, let me know what school you might be interested in!
Thanks!
PMC
I finally worked on some precious metal clay pendants!
They are made with silver clay, it looks like silly putty, but it has tiny particles of sterling silver in it along with organic binders.
You can form it into most anything.
Then it is fired in a kiln, torched or I do mine with a metal screen on top of my gas stove. The binders are then burned away.
Note to self : don't lean over to watch. A part of my bangs are just now grown out to my eyes from were I singed them back in march!
Then you sand off of the remaining film of binders. I oxidize mine to bring out the pattern then more buffing till you get it the way you want it!
This one is for our niece Paige, her 16th birthday!
One of these is for a a custom necklace, I finished the wirewrapping on the stones tonight, I just need to oxidize the wire tomorrow and I'll have a pic of the finished project to show!
And this one is for sale on ETSY!
If you would like a custom initial pendant necklace for you or as a gift, just email me!
Curious Cat
I had to show this picture!
My little baby Fido ( I know, not so little) he jumped up and layed down to watch me take a picture of this necklace!
He does that alot but this day he was especially interested...just a fun pic to show off!
This is the pmc pendant I made that is in my banner on etsy and the top of this page.
In the next few weeks my goal (after I finish a few custom orders:) is to start creating these pendants!
Ankle Bracelet
This is a custom ankle bracelet I made for a client!
I'm not a fan of them, but when this turned out so well, I think I may converted!
It's made with antique copper and chinese turquoise.
This one is gone but I have enough turquoise to make one more.
But I can do the same pattern but different stones or beads!
I will be listing one as soon as it's made on my etsy site, but if you want a custom one...just email me, only $18!
Vintage
I'm trying something new with something old!
These 2 necklaces used to be a pair of earrings!
Taking vintage jewelry parts and reusing them is BIG right now!
I'm really excited because I have always loved doing that with things in my house.
I've got some realy cool pieces, that you will see in the next few weeks, or whenever I come up with an idea.
Also, Now that I'm on ETSY full time, this blog will be...a blog.
If you want to check all my latest designs, check ETSY...here I will be posting information or just general stuff about me or what is going on in my jewelry world!
So save my ETSY site to your fav's along with this blog!
Thanks!
